How your application is handled

Most refusals are caused by small errors — a mismatched date, a non-compliant photo. Each step below exists to catch them before filing.

1

Check requirements

Enter your destination. We confirm the visa type, documents and fees your trip requires.

2

Complete one form

Plain-language questions instead of embassy forms. Photograph your passport with your phone.

3

Specialist review

A visa specialist verifies every field and document against the authority's current rules. Nothing is filed unchecked.

4

Filing and tracking

We file with the authority, monitor status, and deliver the decision to your inbox.

Destinations

We open applications for each destination once our compliance certification for it is complete. Greyed destinations are awaiting certification — everything shown for them stays accurate, and applications open the moment certification is done.

Terms we hold ourselves to

Extract from the Visafy Terms of Service (draft — pending counsel review)

§ 1Checked before filing

Nothing is filed until a specialist has reviewed every field and document. If something looks wrong, we contact you before filing.

§ 2Cancel before filing

You can cancel before we file. What is refundable, and when, is set out plainly in the Refund Policy.

§ 3Documents protected

Documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, read through an audited channel only, and never shared beyond the issuing authority.

Built around your passport

These are not marketing claims — each one is how the system is built, and the Privacy Policy states them formally.

Encrypted and access-logged

Your documents are encrypted in transit and at rest, and every read goes through an audited channel — who opened a file, and why, is always on record.

Cleaned on the way in

Every upload is scanned for malware, and photos are re-encoded so hidden metadata — like the GPS location a phone embeds — never reaches storage.

People, not algorithms

Only the specialists working on your application can open your file, and no decision about you is ever made by a machine.

No trackers, ever

Zero analytics and zero advertising cookies on this site. A service holding passport data has no business wiring trackers into its pages.

Common questions

Is Visafy part of the government?

No. Visafy is an independent, private visa-assistance company. We prepare, check and file applications and support you along the way — the decision always belongs to the government, and you can always apply directly with the official government service and pay only the government fee.

What exactly do I pay for?

Two things, shown separately before you pay: the government's own fee, passed through at cost, and our flat service fee for preparing, checking, filing and tracking your application. No add-ons, no upgrades. The full breakdown is always on the destination page and again at checkout.

Is my passport information safe with you?

It is encrypted in transit and at rest, read only through an audited channel, seen only by the specialists on your file, and never sold or shared for advertising. The Privacy Policy sets it out in full, in plain language.

What happens if my application is refused?

The decision is the government’s alone, and no honest service can promise an approval. Our job is catching the small errors that cause most refusals before anything is filed. If a refusal happens, the government keeps its fee — we say this plainly before you pay, in the Refund Policy.

Can I cancel and get my money back?

Yes — cancel any time before we file and our service fee comes back in full, along with the government fee if it hasn’t been paid over yet. And if we can’t file your application at all, everything comes back including our fee. Details in the Refund Policy.

Who is behind Visafy?

We are not a government authority and are not affiliated with any government.

Check your trip. It takes thirty seconds.

One flat service fee, government fees at cost, and a specialist review on every application. Visafy is a private company, not a government agency — direct application with the authority always remains open to you at the government fee alone.
