Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Visafy when you use our visa-assistance service.

Effective date: 21 July 2026Last updated: 21 July 2026Applies to: Visafy and all Visafy services

In plain language

You pay us a flat service fee to prepare, check and file your visa or travel-authorization application. We work carefully, but the decision always belongs to the government. You can cancel before we file, and you can always apply directly with the government instead.

This summary is here to help. The complete text below is the governing document.

1.Who we are

Visafy ("we", "us") is a private visa-assistance company. We help travellers prepare, check and submit visa and travel-authorization applications.

We are not a government agency, embassy or immigration authority, and we are not affiliated with any government.

Our corporate registration details will be published here and in the site footer when the operating company's registration completes; until then you can request them through the contact form.

Key point

Every application we assist with can also be made directly with the issuing government, at the official fee only.

2.Who can use the service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract to place an order. You may order on behalf of other travellers — for example your family — if you have their permission to share their information with us and with the destination government.

An account is created with your email address when you start an application. You are responsible for keeping access to that email account secure, because it is how you sign in.

3.The service

When you place an order we collect your answers and documents, check them for the errors that commonly cause refusals, prepare the application in the format the government requires, file it, and keep you informed until the decision arrives.

Every application is reviewed by a human specialist before anything is filed. If something looks wrong or incomplete, we contact you and ask you to fix it — nothing is filed unchecked.

We provide assistance and preparation only. We do not provide legal advice, and we cannot influence a government's decision.

4.How an order works

First you answer a short eligibility check — it is free, and if the product is not available for your passport we say so and stop. Then you see the full price and pay. After payment you complete the application form in your own time and upload the required documents. A specialist reviews everything, files the application with the government, and we deliver the decision to you through your secure account.

Your contract with us is formed when your payment is confirmed. The eligibility check before payment is informational and does not commit either of us.

5.Fees and payment

Our service fee is a flat amount per application, shown before you pay. The government's own fee is shown separately and passed on without markup. The exact amounts for your destination are always shown on the destination page and again at checkout.

The full amount — government fee plus service fee — is shown before you pay, and nothing is charged until you confirm.

Payment is taken by our payment provider on their secure payment page or embedded payment element; your card details go to them directly and never touch our servers. The provider is named at checkout, and will be added to this page when online payment opens.

Key point

One flat service fee. No add-ons, no upgrades, no surprises at checkout.

6.Your responsibilities

You agree to give us truthful, accurate and complete information, exactly as it appears in your passport and supporting documents.

You agree not to submit documents that are forged, altered or belong to someone who has not authorised their use. We refuse and cancel orders where we believe information is dishonest, and the Refund Policy explains what happens to your payment in that case.

You remain responsible for meeting the destination's entry requirements, including passport validity, and for travelling within the terms of any visa granted.

7.Cancellations and changes

You can correct or update your information at any time before we file, at no extra cost.

You can cancel before filing. What is refundable, and when, is set out in the Refund Policy.

If you paid by card and have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we resolve almost everything faster than a card dispute. When a formal card dispute is opened, we are required to pause all work on the affected order until it is resolved.

8.What we cannot promise

Whether an application is approved, how fast it is processed, and whether you are admitted at the border rest entirely with the government. No service can guarantee an outcome.

Where we quote processing times, they are typical times published or observed, not promises.

Important

We cannot and do not guarantee that a visa or travel authorization will be granted.

9.Our liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for a government's decision, for changes to government rules or fees, or for costs of travel arrangements you make before a decision arrives.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law, and nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence.

10.Our content

The text, design and software of this site belong to Visafy or its licensors. You may use the site to check requirements and make applications; you may not scrape, copy or resell it.

11.Changes to these terms

We may update these terms — for example when we add destinations or features. The version in force when you place an order is the one that applies to that order. If we make a material change, we show the new effective date at the top of this page.

12.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the operating company is incorporated, which will be named in the "Who we are" section when registration completes. If you are a consumer, you keep any right to bring proceedings in your own country of residence and to the protection of its mandatory consumer laws.

If something goes wrong, contact us first — most issues are resolved in a message or two.

13.The governing text

These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer, form the agreement between you and Visafy.

If anything is unclear, contact us before ordering — we're happy to explain it in plain language.
