Cookie Policy

The small files that keep your application working, and how to control them.

Effective date: 21 July 2026Last updated: 21 July 2026Applies to: Visafy and all Visafy services

In plain language

We use essential cookies so your application doesn't lose your progress. We currently use no analytics or advertising cookies at all — and we will never use cookies to follow you around the internet or to sell your information.

This summary is here to help. The complete text below is the governing document.

1.What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device that let a site remember things between pages — like where you are in an application.

2.Essential cookies

Essential cookies hold your session together, remember your application progress, and keep secure areas secure.

In practice this means a sign-in session cookie, set when you sign in with your email and cleared when you sign out or the session expires, plus short-lived security tokens that protect forms and uploads.

The service cannot work without them, so they are always on.

3.Measurement cookies

We currently use no measurement or analytics cookies at all.

If we ever add privacy-respecting measurement to understand which pages confuse people, we will list the exact tools here first and make them optional.

Key point

We never use cookies to sell your information or to show you advertising elsewhere.

4.Advertising cookies

We use none, and this is a policy, not an accident: an application service handling passport data has no business wiring advertising trackers into its pages.

5.Managing cookies

Your browser can block or delete cookies — look for "Cookies" in its settings. Blocking essential cookies may prevent the application from saving your progress.

6.Changes to this policy

If the cookies we set ever change, we update this page and its effective date before the change goes live.
