Co-founder
Rasmus leads the application service — the questions, the checking, and the specialists who review every file. He built the service after years of helping travellers untangle applications that had gone wrong, convinced the process should never have been that hard.
Frederik Jensen
Co-founder
Frederik is responsible for customer care and compliance — the support line, the plain-language policies, and making sure every claim on this site stays honest. His rule for the service: if his grandmother couldn't complete it, it isn't finished.
