What you’ll need

Just two things.

You add them after paying, in your own time. Phone camera is perfect — we email easy instructions.

We prepare it. A specialist checks it. Nothing is filed until it's right.

Common questions

Is Visafy part of the government?

No. Visafy is an independent, private visa-assistance company. We prepare, check and file your application and support you along the way. You can always apply directly with the official government service for Vietnam and pay only the government fee.

How long does it take?

Typical processing once we file: 5–30 working days. The application itself takes a few minutes. We recommend applying as soon as your trip is roughly planned — we file at the right moment so it’s fresh when you land.

What do I actually have to do?

Answer plain-language questions, pay, and add two documents — phone photos are perfect. A specialist reviews everything and contacts you before filing if anything needs fixing. If you get stuck, write to us and we’ll do it together.

What if something is wrong with my application?

Nothing is filed until a specialist has checked it. If something looks off, we contact you first. For what happens if an application can’t proceed, see our Refund Policy.

When will I get my eVisa?

It arrives by email with simple instructions — usually just print it or show it on your phone. We email you at every stage in between, so there's no chasing.

We are not a government authority and are not affiliated with any government.
